Your calls are directed (we will advise you how) to your Moneypenny Receptionist whenever you need - all the time, or when your lines are engaged or unanswered. If she is unavailable it will be handled by one of her supporting team of three or four. Depending on who the call is for she will:

  • Put the call through to the appropriate person on their direct line or mobile
  • Pass on a message immediately by email or text
  • Deal with the enquiry herself according to your instructions (including fending off those frustrating cold sales callers)

Your Moneypenny Receptionist will handle calls and messages on an individual basis to suit each person in your team, recognising your regular and VIP callers and greeting them accordingly.

Step 2 Briefing your Moneypenny Receptionist

We’ll work with you to begin diverting your calls to us and organise a time for you to ‘meet’ you new Moneypenny Receptionist over the phone so you can brief her fully.

Step 3 Welcome aboard!

On a date to suit you, Moneypenny will begin to look after your calls. At the end of your trial, we’ll provide you with a report showing the days and times your business needs support, allowing you to make an informed decision that’s based on what your on-going monthly cost would be. Briefing your Moneypenny Receptionist

Starting a working relationship with you means a lot to us. Making it long-term means even more. This is why the most important part of the set-up process is your ‘welcome call’.

We know you wouldn’t entrust your calls to a stranger, which is why we ask you to set aside some time to have a chat over the phone with your Moneypenny Receptionist - just as you would if a new team member was joining your office.

Your Moneypenny Receptionist will already know a little about your business, but will want to learn much more so that she can handle calls exactly to your team’s individual requirements. At this point, we will encourage you to provide a list of your employee names, as well as the names of your regular callers. By doing this, she will quickly get to know your team and will never have to trouble important clients for their surnames.

Following the welcome call, you will be ready to start using Moneypenny safe in the knowledge that your Moneypenny Receptionist has all of the information she needs to answer your calls exactly as if she was based in your office.
